OSLO, Norway –Cairn Energy India has contracted SeaBird Exploration Ltd. to conduct a 2D seismic survey off the eastern coast of India for $7-8 million.
SeaBird plans to use theGeo Mariner to collect the 3,100-3,600 line km (1,926-2,237 line mi) starting by the end of 1Q 2008.
