Celtic Sea seismic begins

DUBLIN, Ireland –Wavefield Inseis ASA has started a 2D seismic survey for Lansdowne Oil & Gas in license 5/08 of the Celtic Sea offshore Ireland.

The survey, from theMalene Ostervold is scheduled to cover 485 km (301 mi) over the Amergin and Eremond structures.

License 5/08 covers 449 sq km (173 sq mi) over parts of blocks 47/25, 48/21, and 48/22 about 30 km (19 mi) offshore in 100 m (328 ft) of water.
