CGGVeritas and PetroVietnam Technical Services Corp. have formed a joint venture to create TRSC CGGVeritas Geohysical Survey Co. Ltd. to deliver 2D and 3D marine seismic acquisition services to the region.

PARIS– CGGVeritas and PetroVietnam Technical Services Corp. have formed a joint venture to create TRSC CGGVeritas Geohysical Survey Co. Ltd. to deliver 2D and 3D marine seismic acquisition services to the region.
CGGVeritas will put its high-capacity 3D seismic vessel Amadeus into the venture while OTSC will add its 2D vessel Bin Minh II.
The venture is owned 51% by PTSC and 49% by CGGVeritas.
