EMGS to acquire 3D EM data offshore West Africa

Electromagnetic Geoservices ASA (EMGS) has received a contract worth $8 million from Maersk Oil Angola to acquire 3D electromagnetic data in the Lower Congo basin.

Electromagnetic Geoservices ASA (EMGS) has received a contract worth $8 million from Maersk Oil Angola to acquire 3D electromagnetic data in the Lower Congo basin.

The acquisition is expected to start in October 2013, following the mobilization of the vesselEM Leader.
