LAGOS, Nigeria – Optimum Petroleum Development Co. and partner Lekoil have completed a site survey over the OPL 310 license offshore Nigeria, ahead of a planned two-well appraisal drilling program.
The survey involved identifying potential hazards to top-hole drilling, the jackup and future platform foundations, plus seabed obstructions.
The partners are now in a position to select an appropriate rig for the campaign.
