Welding Units wins project offshore Congo

RAINFORD, UK -- Welding Units (UK) Ltd. has won work on a subsea oil pipeline project for Total's Moho Bilondo development off the Republic of Congo, West Africa.
The company will design and supply specialized pipe support components in high yield carbon steel material.
Total's the Moho Bilondo permit lies approximately 80 km (50 mi) offshore in 1,000 m (3,280 ft) water depth.
