Regalia to support MCP-01 decommissioning

LARNACA, Cyprus --Prosafe's semisubmersible MSV Regalia will provide accommodation and construction for decommissioning of Total's MCP-01 platform in the UK North Sea.
Aker Kværner Offshore Partner awarded the $63 million contract following a letter of intent signed with Prosafe this March.
The rig will be on location in January, where it is contracted to work for at least nine months and three weeks, with an option for a further three weeks.
