Norway's Sevan Marine has taken deliver of its round floating, production, storage, and offloading vessel from China's Yantai Raffles Shipyard.

SINGAPORE – Norway's Sevan Marine has taken deliver of its round floating, production, storage, and offloading vessel from China's Yantai Raffles Shipyard.

It is taking theSevan Voyager to Keppel's shipyard for topside hook-up and commissioning prior to deploying it in the Shelley field in the central UK North Sea next year.

The FPSO, with oil storage capacity of 300,000 bbl and an offloading capacity of 3,600 cu m (22,643 bbl) per hour, is contracted for five years to Oilexco North Sea Ltd.

It has accommodation for 57.
