    Russia, Ukraine examine Black Sea options

    Gazprom and Ukraine’s government have agreed to form a joint venture for development of the Palasa structure in the Black Sea.

    MOSCOW -- Gazprom and Ukraine’s government have agreed to form a joint venture for development of the Palasa structure in the Black Sea.

    The two parties will also consider strengthening of the strategic partnership between Gazprom and Naftogaz Ukrainy.
