STAVANGER, Norway -- Total E&P Angola has excersized its option to extend the contract of the MSV Regalia for the modification of the Girassol FPSO.
This extension will put theRegalia at Girassol to the end of May 2007 at an additional cost of about $7.8 million.
Total is operator of block 17 with partners Esso Exploration Angola, BP Exploration, Statoil, and Norsk Hydro.
