Aker Kvaerner contracts FPSO process modules

Aker Kvaerner Process Systems has signed a contract with Aker Floating Prooduction to supply process modules for the SMART FPSO.

LYSAKER, Norway -- Aker Kvaerner Process Systems has signed a contract with Aker Floating Prooduction to supply process modules for the SMART FPSO.

Process Systems will engineer, procure, and fabricate separation modules, risser valcony modules, and a flare system for the first two FPSO coversionsAker Smart 1 and Aker Smart 2.

The first systems is due for delivery in 2Q07 and the second in 4Q07.
