Malaysia's Ramunia Fabricators Sdn Bhd was awarded $32.5 million in development projects for offshore Sumandak field, northwest of Labuan Island, off Sabah state, Borneo.

SINGAPORE -- Malaysia's Ramunia Fabricators Sdn Bhd won $32.5 million in development projects for offshore Sumandak field, northwest of Labuan Island, off Sabah state, Borneo.

According to Ramunia, Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd made the preliminary award of engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning involved with Sumandak Selatan (SUPG-B) and Sumandak Tepi (SUJT-C) development.

The SUPG-B compression module will include gas turbine compressors, scrubbers, control panel, air-cooled heat exchangers, and support structure.

SUJT-C would be a wellhead platform with launchers and receivers, multi-phase flow meter, wellhead, control panel, pedestal crane, compact manifold, vent boom, and other associated items.
