HAMILTON, Bermuda -- Dockwise Ltd. has signed a letter of intent with Vyborg Shipyard to transport and install two 22,000-ton topside structures.

The topsides are part of the contract that Vyborg Shipyard signed with Gazflot for the construction of two semisubmersible production platforms designed to operate in arctic conditions.

One topside structure is scheduled to be loaded at the end of April 2010, and the other for October 2010, with installations around July 2010 and February 2011, respectively.
