HOUSTON -- J Ray McDermott has awarded Opus Maxim a $1.85 million contract to supply a single, skid mounted unit to treat produced water onboard the Maersk-owned FPSO Peregrino.
Opus will design, test, inspect, and install the unit, which will involve Opus personnel commissioning the Compact Flotation Unit (CFU) onboard the Peregrino ahead of scheduled completion in December 2008.
