LONDON – Orcadian Energy has received three expressions of interest to supply an FPSO for its Pilot oil field development in the UK central North Sea.

The company appointed Crondall Energy to approach four FPSO providers. Three currently operate floaters in UK waters, and have submitted detailed proposals.

Orcadian plans to initiate discussions to clarify the terms, and expects to announce its choice of preferred partner for the development in due course.
