PSA authorizes Njord start-up offshore mid-Norway

OSLO, Norway – Equinor has permission from Norway’s Petroleum Safety Authority to use the main facilities for its Njord Future redevelopment project in the Norwegian Sea.

The consent applies to the newly upgraded Njord A platform, the Njord B FSU, the subsea Hyme facility, and infield pipelines on the Njord, Hyme, and Bauge fields.
