MASSY, France – SeaBird Exploration is in an exclusive process to acquire CGG’s seismic vessel Geowave Voyager and certain seismic equipment for $17 million, following a successful technical inspection of the vessel.

CGG expects the transfer of ownership and closing of the transaction to be completed by October.
