Offshore staff

SYDNEY, Australia -- A marine seismic survey of some 1,325 km of 2D data is complete in EPP 27 offshore southern Australia on Otway basin.

Great Artesian Oil and Gas Ltd. says operator Oilex N.L. used the MvPacific Titan to gather the extension of existing seismic data into the central and eastern parts of the area.

The seismic survey is the first phase of work by the farm-in companies Oilex, Gujarat State Petroleum Corp. Ltd. and Videocon Industries Ltd. As part of the farm-in agreement, an exploration well also will be drilled.
