Eni has awarded Shelf Drilling a two-year contract for the jackup Key Singapore in the Adriatic Sea offshore Italy.

DUBAI, UAE – Eni has awarded Shelf Drilling a two-year contract for the jackup Key Singapore in the Adriatic Sea offshore Italy.
This includes an option for a further year, with operations set to start between May and July 2019.
In addition, Eni has extended the contract for theKey Manhattan, which has worked for the company offshore Italy since 2010, until July 2021.
David Mullen, CEO of Shelf Drilling, said: “We are very pleased to have the opportunity to relocate theKey Singapore to Italy next year, a rig of the same design with recent upgrades that provide enhanced operational capabilities.”
