OSLO, Norway – Equinor Energy will use the semisubmersible Songa Endurance for drilling, completion, and slot recovery of a well on the Troll field in the North Sea, following approval from Norway’s Petroleum Safety Authority.

The program should start next month and continue for 117 days. The well is in 335.1 m (1,099 ft) water depth.
