Petrolia Drilling ASA has agreed with ExxonMobil on a $200-million plus drilling contract for the drillship Valentin Shashin, which will be renamed Deep Venture.

OSLO, Norway --Petrolia Drilling ASA has agreed with ExxonMobil on a $200-million plus drilling contract for the drillship Valentin Shashin, which will be renamed Deep Venture.

The contract has an 18-month duration and began on June 30, 2007.
