Origin begins Moana 1 well

SYDNEY, Australia -- Drilling is under way on the Moana 1 exploration well in permit PEP 38485, offshore Taranaki basin, New Zealand.

The Moana 1, being drilled by the Ocean Patriot, has a proposed TD of 3,995 m (13,107 ft).
