LONDON -- Leed Petroleum Plc. has secured Ensco's Rig 98 for a multi-well drilling program in the Gulf of Mexico. Drilling in Eugene Island blocks 183 and 184 is scheduled to begin in late September.
Leed's estimated proven and probable reserves in the GoM include approximately 4 MMbbl of oil and liquids and about 71 bcf of gas.
