Offshore staff

HAMILTON, Bermuda – Seadrill Ltd. says it has won a six-month extension on the semisubmersible drilling rig West Hercules from Husky Oil China Ltd. The $90-million contract will keep the rig offshore China until May 2012.

Husky has the option to extend the contract for another six-month period.
