Offshore staff

HOUSTON – Vantage Drilling Co. reports its ultra-deepwater drillship Platinum Explorer is on its way to India from Singapore with a five-year contract to Oil & Natural Gas Corp. Ltd.

Arrival is expected on Dec. 16 whereupon it must clear customs prior to heading for the first drill site.
