HOUSTON – ConocoPhillips has contracted Halliburton for directional drilling, logging-while-drilling (LWD) and surface data logging (SDL) services for the high-temperature Jasmine gas-condensate development in the UK central North Sea.
Jasmine is in J-Block near existing ConocoPhillips producing fields and infrastructure - its temperatures are in the range 175 deg C (347F).
ConocoPhillips is operates Jasmine with a 36.5% interest.
