ARENDAL, Norway – Sevan Marine says defects in the Sevan Driller’s riser tensioning systems have been rectified. These had caused operations to be suspended on the new platform, which is on a long-term contract to Petrobras offshore Brazil.
The repair work was executed as planned and is back in service and on its negotiated day rate.
