Hurricane Exploration has signed a letter of intent with Dolphin Drilling to use the semisub Borgsten Dolphin for a two-well program, west of Shetland.

OSLO -- Hurricane Exploration has signed a letter of intent with Dolphin Drilling to use the semisub Borgsten Dolphin for a two-well program, west of Shetland.
The $19.6-million contract is scheduled to begin in May.
