Offshore staffARENDAL, Norway – Construction has started on the Sevan Driller II platform at the Cosco Shipyard in Oidong, China. According to owner Sevan Marine, the project is progressing according to schedule. Block construction has been completed up to 13.4 m (44 ft). Sevan Driller II has been contracted to Petrobras for a six-year fixed term, and is due to be delivered from the shipyard early in 2012. 08/05/2010
