LONDON -- Diamond Offshore’s semisub Ocean Nomad is scheduled to begin a four-well program in the Northern and Central North Sea, says SPD.
The drilling operation includes wells for Valiant Petroleum, Wintershall (E&P), and Nautical Petroleum. SPD scope of work includes contract management services, engineering, and operations management.
