Well No. 7 under way in Shtokman off northern Russia

MOSCOW -- Sevmorneftegaz is drilling exploration well No. 7 in Shtokman field, Barents Sea. The well is 550 km from Kola Peninsula in 340 m of water.
ZAO Sevmorneftegaz, a Gazprom subsidiary, holds the license for Shtokman. TheDeepsea Delta semisubmersible is drilling the well.
