Offshore staff
MOSCOW -- An exploration well offshore Vietnam in Block 09-3 flowed oil at 600 cu m/d on Sept. 20, according to JSC Zarubezhneft.
Well 03-9-DM-2X was tested at 4,130 m depth by VRJ-Petroleum Co., the operator. Block 09-3 is 150 km from Vung Tau off southern Vietnam.
VJR consists of JSC Zarubezhneft, 50%; General Petroleum and Gas Co. PetroVietnam, 35%; and Idemitsu, 15%.
Additional testing is under way.
