ConocoPhillips awards Aker Kvaerner intervention contract

ConocoPhillips has awarded Aker Kvaerner a contract for Norwegian continental shelf well intervention services personnel and equipment costing NOK 900 million ($146.5 million ) and covering three years.

BÆRUM, Norway --ConocoPhillips has awarded Aker Kvaerner a contract for Norwegian continental shelf well intervention services personnel and equipment costing NOK 900 million ($146.5 million ) and covering three years.

The scope of work includes mechanical wireline services, wireline tractor services, and cased and open hole logging services. The work will be by Aker Kvaerner Well Service in Stavanger. Data acquisitions services are subcontracted to Baker Atlas.
