MILAN, Italy -- A gas condensate discovery was confirmed in the central North Sea on blocks 30/6 and 30/7a, in 81 m of water about 9 km west of Judy.
A sidetrack drilled following the initial discovery well confirmed commercial reserves.
ConocoPhillips, with 36.5%, is operator; Eni UK Ltd. has 33%; and BG Group holds 30.5%. Development planning is under way.
