LYSAKER, Norway -- Petrobras as operator has spudded its third Manati field production well with Queiroz Galvao Perfuracao as driller.
With production scheduled to start in 3Q06, a second jackup rig is supporting production unit hook-up operations.
Norse Energy Corp. is partner in the operation.
