NEW YORK -- The Guarani well in the Santos basin offshore Brazil has been drilled in 2,238 m (7,343 ft) of water to a measured depth of 5,424 m (17,795 ft), according to Hess Corp.
The company’s evaluation program includes coring the well and drilling a sidetrack.
