Drillship West Navigator to continue Ormen Lange work

The Petroleum Safety Authority Norway has granted Norske Shell consent for drilling and well operations on the southern part of Ormen Lange field using the drillship West Navigator.

OSLO -- The Petroleum Safety Authority Norway has granted Norske Shell consent for drilling and well operations on the southern part of Ormen Lange field using the drillship West Navigator.
The drillship is currently concluding a 3.5-year work program on the northern part of the field.
