Mermaid tender rig drilling offshore Indonesia

BANGKOK, Thailand – Mermaid Maritime subsidiary MTR-2 has won a contract for use of the tender drilling rigMTR-2 on a client’s oil and gas fields offshore Indonesia.

The contract will last for six months and has a potential value of $16.1 million.

On completion, the rig will undergo a special periodic survey, estimated to take four months.
