DUBLIN, Ireland – Site survey operations should be under way on the Spanish Point acreage in license FEL 2/04 offshore western Ireland, in the Porcupine basin.

Chrysaor (Ireland) is performing the work, which forms part of the preparations for drilling of an appraisal well in 2013, subject to rig availability and regulatory consents.

The site survey is being undertaken from theKommandor Stuart vessel.

Providence Resources (PVRS.OB) operates FEL 2/04, but recently agreed to transfer this role to Chrysaor, subject to Irish government approval.
