THE WOODLANDS, Texas –The Houston Advanced Research Center, Coastal Impacts Technology Program, and Epic Software Group are developing a multi-media Web-based application to demonstrate the latest in environmentally friendly drilling practices.
It is designed to show industry, government, and education the environmentally friendly technologies available and being developed.
The 3D tour of a land rig will allow visitors to move around and through the rig at will and will offer the opportunity to see a video, visit a Website, or get added information about whatever interests them during the “tour.”
