StatoilHydro granted wellbore 6507/11-9 permit

STAVANGER -- The Norwegian Petroleum Directorate has granted StatoilHydro Petroleum a drilling permit for wellbore 6507/11-9.
The drilling program for wellbore 6507/11-9 relates to the drilling of a wildcat well in production license 263. StatoilHydro Petroleum AS is the operator with 40% and StatoilHydro ASA and Bayerngas Norge AS are partners with 30% each.
Wellbore 6507/11-9 will be drilled from theWest Alpha drilling facility.
