Rowan aims jackup at Canada

Offshore staff

HOUSTON -- Rowan Co.s Inc. has signed a contract for about six months of work offshore eastern Canada starting in mid-2009.

Either the RowanGorilla II or Rowan Gorilla III rig is slated for this assignment, depending on first availability. The company expects total revenues, including mobilization and modification fees, of approximately $56 million.
