Offshore staff
MEXICO CITY – Pemex reports the presence of an offshore non-associated gas and condensates in theMexican Cordilleras geological province in deepwater Gulf of Mexico. Preliminary estimates indicate about 400 to 600 bcf in reserves.
Piklis 1 well, located 144 km (89 mi) northwest of Coatzacoalcos, is the largest water depth 1,928 km (1,198 mi) Pemex has ever drilled.
