Offshore staff
ABERDEEN, UK – Two newly refurbished Awilco-owned drilling semis have started assignments in the North Sea.
WilPhoenix has been contracted by AGR for a multi-client drilling program. Four wells are confirmed so far, with a total value of roughly $29 million.
WilHunter is drilling for Nautical Petroleum, the first of two firm wells contracted by SPD under another multi-client campaign. Total value of the firm wells is $22 million.
The additional costs of final systems testing and commissioning for the rigs, performed during mobilization and on location, are around $2.5 million.
