BANGKOK, Thailand – Mermaid Maritime Public Co Ltd. subsidiary MTR-2 Ltd. reports signing a contract to provide drilling and related services from the tender rig MRT-2 offshore Indonesia for an unnamed client.
Indonesia’s Executive Agency for Upstream Oil and Gas Activity has approved the $26.5-million contract; work is under way and expected to go for nine months.
