Niko brings in Plexus to support Trinidad wells

LONDON – Plexus Holdings has agreed to supply services to Niko Resources (Trinidad and Tobago) for exploration drilling in block 2ab offshore Trinidad.

The package will comprise Plexus’ POS-GRIP 10,000 psi adjustable surface wellhead equipment and mudline suspension systems.

Plexus’s initial contract, valued at around $1.6 million, covers three wells and starts this summer. Potentially, the number of wells could rise to 10 over a two-year period, lifting the value to roughly $5.2 million.
