Ross wins Norway drilling support role

OSLO, Norway – Norwegian independent Spring Energy has signed a framework contract with Ross Offshore.
Ross will provide planning and execution support for Spring's drilling operations on the Norwegian continental shelf for three years, with optional extensions of two-by-two years.
