SOCO lines up Congo (Brazzaville) drilling targets

LONDON – SOCO International expects to spud the first of as many as three exploration wells offshore Congo (Brazzaville) early next month.
The rig, currently under tow following a refurbishment in South Africa, will drill a pre-salt target on the Marine XI block.
SOCO estimates unrisked mean recoverable resources at 165 MMbbl.
