OSLO, Norway – Petroleum Safety Authority Norway has sanctioned Det norske oljeselskap’s latest drilling program in the Barents Sea.
The semisubmersibleTransocean Barents will drill well 7222/11-2 in production license 659. Operations are expected to start next month and last up to 50 days, depending on the outcome.
