Offshore staff
OSLO, Norway – Det norske oljeselskap has approval for an exploratory well in the central Norwegian North Sea.
According to theNorwegian Petroleum Directorate, the jackup Maersk Interceptor will drill well 25/10-15 S in the northeast part of license PL 626.
This will be the first well on the concession, awarded in February 2012, although two wells were drilled previously on the acreage.
